As a former prison wife with two babies, she overcame her depression and won numerous awards in fitness, sales and traveled internationally. Now that her husband, Sean is home, she is a huge advocate for wives understanding the prison experience to promote long-lasting, healthy, recidivism-reducing relationships. Tameka provides couples coaching from the pre-incarceration through post-incarnation phase. She is also the creator of Positive Productive Prison Community, a group that focuses on connecting prison related services to the prison impacted community.
