Since @iceman_hof made cold shock therapy mainstream, its become common place to see your friends and family posting about cold showers, morning beach dips and ice baths... but why?
There are many benefits, but the ability to handle external stressors def tops the list for me. Learning how to connect back in to my body when it says "holly fuck thats cold!" is such a powerfull skill/tool to have in your kit... and ultimately I really do believe that the way you respond to cold, reflects the way you respond to external stressors within your day to day life.
