In this deeply personal episode of Fearless Spirit, I share my own journey of self-discovery with my inner child. Being deeply vulnerable with you. I share my own experiences of recognizing wounded parts of myself, confronting superiority complexes as defense mechanisms, and learning to be truly authentic and the importance of shadow work.
