On this episode of A One Pint Stand, I sit down with Waldmann Brewery owner Tom Schroeder and Waldmann Head Brewer Matt Anhalt. Waldmann Brewery is the longest standing commercial building in the state of MN.  It started out in 1857 as a lager saloon and was reborn in 2017, thanks to Tom Shroeder. It is a brewpub that focuses on wonderful food and classic craft beer styles anchored by delicious and well-made lagers.
