I interviewed Dr. Samreen Mongillo. Dr. Mongillo is a physical therapist and a success and life coach. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) and a Personal Training Certification from ACE (The American Council on Exercise). Additionally, she holds an Advanced Belief Clearing Practitioner Certification from The Clearing Academy (Dr. Joe Vitale), and a Jack Canfield Success Principles Certified Trainer.

Dr. Mongillo teaches people how to own their power, develop a strong mindset, remedy burnout, and make use of seven tools that promote a healthier lifestyle and greater life balance.
