In this episode, I interviewed an incredible woman Erin McCullough. Erin was overcome with anxiety to the point where she stayed in her home for about a year. This is her story of how she moved from being in that state of mind for a year to becoming the leader she is today by overcoming her fears and entering a world guided and ruled by Joy. She has now been a coach for 15 years and has been a successful entrepreneur for 20 years. Businesses now hire her to help them create the desired outcomes (scale-up, reach monetary goals, reach industry goals, prepare and sell). In addition, she teaches a mindset workshop that helps develop leaders to enjoy their company again, create a company culture that is productive and inspired, and find a balance between their professional and personal lives.
