I interviewed Michael Landau. Michael is a musician, entrepreneur, blog writer, course creator, and Mindful Movement teacher. His online course, Persistent Growth, helps his clients worldwide to create a healthy habit of physical activity. His classes create a learning space where his students challenge their brains and bodies and become less stiff and sore and more mobile and nimble. The course invites the student to create and sustain the habit of a short daily mindful movement practice, that can be life-changing when sustained over time. Michael's teachings use movement as a doorway to holistic well-being and personal growth. Michael is a practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method®, a somatic education system that uses gentle movement and directed attention to help people learn new and more effective ways of living the life they want. Michael teaches his clients to expand their focus and perception and refine their awareness. He believes that heightened awareness and clear consciousness of what we do and how we do it is the way to improve our lives individually and at the same time heal the world.
