I interviewed Robyn Moore. Robin. As a certified life coach, mentor, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, she has combined proven techniques into a 3-month S.O.A.R. program for women. Robin stated that through the methodology she utilized using S.O.A.R., she empowered women to transform their lives to be free from self-imposed limitations quickly and finally have the confidence to run toward everything they desire. She says that she spent years experiencing a life stifled by negative inner self-talk, constantly telling herself, "you are not loveable." the internal toxicity plagued her life with suffocating anxiety and depression until one day she decided that she wanted MORE out of life. For over 15 years, she tried therapy, self-help books, and prayer. Though it helped, none of it worked to help her create the life of peace and calm that she wanted. It wasn't until she decided that she could tell herself a different story about myself and my life that everything changed.

Robin reflected that as a Certified Life Coach, she helps Christian women find renewed joy and strength in their lives and relationships through letting go of negative inner self-talk. Having let negative internal self-talk cripple decades of her life, she knows firsthand the hold it has on relationships and how it can negatively dictate the course of someone's life. Now free of 11 prescription medications, 70 lbs, nagging anxiety, and crippling depression, she now has dedicated her life to helping other women find the same freedom as a single Mom of an extraordinary boy that boy adopted at birth.
