I interviewed Roger Williams. Roger states that the "great resignation" got me! He's a podcaster with over 30 years of youth development and teaching. After suffering a heart attack, Roger decided that it wasn't how he wanted people to know him for how he lived his life. So, he immediately changed the work sections to read "Head Crosser Offer of my bucket list." Roger has purposefully embarked on living to cross items off his bucket list.

His first item was walking or traveling 490 miles in the north of Spain on the Camino de Santiago. After crossing this off his list, Roger quit his job to pursue his vision. He started a weekly podcast, "The Crossing It Off podcast," where he interviews guests who have bucket lists and what adventures they've encountered while perusing their list.

Roger feels that he has gained long-lasting relationships that have changed his life forever due to living an intentional life. Roger states that he enjoyed getting to know new people and having in-depth conversations that have the potential to inspire and that are fun. His goal in creating the podcast is to encourage and empower others to live out their list with intention and encourage them to understand the worth of their labor.
