My Investment beginning, in short term.

Hi, I'm Mette, I'm 22. This, my first podcast, has come from my own experince of growing up in a culture, were honest and real conversations were'nt praticed or valued, hard conversations were'nt normalized. 
I lost my dad, when I was 16. Since then, spending my energy on practicing hard conversations in grief groups, and therapy, has changed my life, therefore I'm now commited to bringing these tools to use with this pod. 
When we allow ourself to be vulnerable, we connect deeper to, and create more self-awarness, more love, more depth.
