Switching jobs can be tricky, but switching industries and leaping into a new career is no joke. Throughout this season I’ll share little bits about my journey breaking into my new tech role.

When I started, I spent 2 months in a bootcamp learning the fundamentals required to succeed as a pre-sales system engineer. With a background primarily in Mechanical Engineering, I was surprised to be considered for the job. But remember this, most companies that think you’re the perfect candidate for the role will TEACH YOU what you need to know!
