Hey. This is just me talking about my life over the past few weeks and the things that have changed in it. This is mainly just a sort of digital journal to myself that I'm writing to keep tabs and make sure I stay motivated to live my life the best that I can.

Today I'm talking about the holidays, visiting family, and how that as impacted my attempts at forming new, healthy habits in my life, as well as some deep seeded issues regarding my reclusiveness and being unwilling to open up to others.
