My journey with food and what I do to support this journey.

This podcast outlines my experience with food growing up and what that has looked like as I shift into adulthood. I am still learning and growing as I become more comfortable with food and eating.


The steps I currently do to support my journey with eating:

  1. Habit track meals but not calorie count.
  2. Cook food I enjoy and meal prep.
  3. Recognise and sit with my feelings when I am obsessing over food, hiding food or have just binge ate food.'
  4. Spend time appreciating that food will effect the way I feel.
