Hi,  Its good to be back!  In this episode we talk about my(Sarah's) journey with adrenal fatigue and estrogen dominance.   We cover how my lifestyle and stress led to low cortisol and some very serious symptoms.   Then we cover my 8 year old daughters path and at home food sensitivity testing.
