My Journey with Mental Health

Mo Mo Mouth is a platform where I and sometimes together with my friends, will discuss topics we closely relate to or simply have strong opinions about. We’re not experts on any of the topics and a lot of the things we say our from our personal experiences or the those of others we closely relate to. The purpose of this podcast is to engage uncomfortable topics and themes that our common in our lives but have not had the opportunity to speak of freely. It is to create a community where we feel seen, heard and have parts of us we could relate to one another so we don’t feel so alone.
