This episode discusses the not-so-fun experience of being triggered by our kids; whether they're toddlers or teens, they can (and do) set us off.

I share 4 insights/truths I've noticed about this particular dynamic (because believe me, I'm very experienced with it); ways to support both ourselves and our kids through it with "The 4 S's"; some personal examples and then some listeners' triggering situations. We do of course weave in some human design elements, as mismatches in design can provide some triggering moments; but having awareness of your family's design can be very supportive in working through this!
