It's that time of year when I start my weight loss journey & physique training in preparation for my spring & summer travel with my wife. Once again I'm utilizing intermittent fasting, running, and weight training to accomplish my goal, and I am in the best starting position I've been in in over two decades. This year I am also training for a 10k, a half-marathon, and an obstacle course or two. So, these are exciting times at Big Strong U!
