Lichen Sclerosus is often misdiagnosed many times before it is finally correctly diagnosed and treated. This can lead to frustration, disappointment, and worsening symptoms. Unfortunately, this is what happened to Clare Baumhauer. After forty years of suffering, she was told she had developed vulval cancer due to Lichen Sclerosus.
