Trying times have a way of making us wonder where we're supposed to go, and how do we rebuild from here? How do we know where to go, when we don't even know where we are or have a ground to stand on? These are the questions we're all faced with right now, and so I want to share with you the things that got me through one of the hardest times in my life.

My narc ended up taking me around the world with what began as a beautiful story, only to become a hole I never thought I’d get out of- that in the end propelled me to levels I had never even conceived of. 

He ultimately taught me how to stop settling and demand (and get) more, to trust myself, to love myself, and who I wanted to be in the world (this even helped start Killing Cupid!).
