I started focusing on personal development in 2020 when the world shut down, beginning with building consistency with my fitness. After several months, God had graced me with the opportunity to study under the best mentors, growing in leadership communities with high performing, conscious leaders where I continue to learn valuable principles that I apply into my life and transform my mind, my body, community, and continue to deepen my relationship spiritually. Through this journey I have learned that we are more than just a body and do have the capability to create our lives rather than just being victim to it.
