Full moon on 10-25 in Scorpio had Dunya de-cluttering her physical spaces. Painting her bathroom and making it a nice oasis. For this new full Moon 11-8-2022 in Taurus with a total lunar eclipse Tuesday at 4:02 AM MST 

The bookend of a stressed and tense energy we have all been feeling on the eve of the midterm elections. This energy can be harnessed for power, stamina and fertilizing your intentions. Moving towards standing in your power.

Dunya's Spinach Soup

Mire Poix for the stock

Bones for bone broth/stock or vegetable bullion (vegan)

Saute onions garlic and some crushed red pepper in olive oil for 2-4 minutes

Add 4-6 C stock

pound of spiniach

some fingerling potatoes

boil for 15-20 minutes let stand cool then blend in blender

ad salt/pepper to taste 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, lemon juice 

touch of cayenne
