Deb's Summer Long Bean Dip (Lima Bean)
Pick a hand full or two of beans from your garden, once you have shucked them steam them lightly 3-6 minutes peel and dice or crush 1-3 garlic cloves. Blend or mash them by hand or in a food processor add lemon juice, olive oil, salt to taste. It's okay if it's a bit chunky tastes delish that way. Have with pita chips or corn chips, Mary's gone crackers or as a spread on toast with some yummy micro-greens and enjoy!
