Dunya and Ann discuss the film "The Fablemans" as well as her cousin's film she screened for the fundraiser for Girls In Focus on Friday 2/24 at the Radford studio in Studio City. Then she also discusses a new film project seeking investors for a story of a African American woman Roberta Hoskie grew up in the projects in New Haven, Connecticut. Now she's a real estate mogul. She's spent many a year fixing and flipping homes. Her desire is to teach and inspire other POC how to make a decent living.
