This episode gives you a sneak peek into where it all began with my mama and my childhood. I’m a strong believer that the things that shape us start from the very beginning and how we were raised. I know not everyone can look back on their childhood or parents with such positivity as I am fortunate to have. Even with a great mom I too had things that plagued me and weighed me down that I had to face and unpack. This episode is not only a small introduction to my amazing mom but also about the importance of unpacking, healing and growing from your childhood’s. If we don’t heal our inner child we continue to carry that on through life and possible other generations. Let’s continue to do this work together to be our best version of ourselves ♥️
