My Mental Health Story

In 2021, I was encouraged by many of my clients and even mentors and coaches of my own to create a podcasts as a way to reach more people at the time I was unsure why but new that they wouldn't tell me something if it wasn't in my highest and greatest good, now my youtube podcasts are being used as therapy to help 1400 patients throughout Edinburgh and Glasgow in the UK. Never ever did I dream this would take place but humbled to know I am making a difference. Now over the last 2 years I have grown internally, physically, mentally and spiritually I am lead to level up on all avenues, and therefore with GOD, GUIDES, ANGELS AND MY AMAZING SPIRITUAL TEAM I HAVE DECIDED TO DO A REVAMP AND WOULD LIKE TO WELCOME YOU ALL TO MY COME BACK SEASON WHICH MEANS EVERYTHING LEVELS UP INCLUDING THE NAME, SO I WELCOME YOU TO THE RISE UP WITH TAMARA PODCAST- HEALING FROM THE INSIDE OUT. WE CAN NOT BE ON A SPIRITUAL JOURNEY WITH OUT BEING ON A HEALING JOURNEY AT THE SAME TIME.
