On this episode of Cards Face Up Podcast we discuss the seriousness of mental illness. Although its extremely common among various societies, it goes largely un-diagnosed due to its insidious nature and the stigma attached to its diagnosis and treatment seeker. This episode focuses on two special invited guest that are both currently living life with a mental illness. Their story gives us a deeper look into what its like to have a mental disorder, and also poses many questions that surround the negative stigma that plagues our community when it comes to understanding mental health and Mental awareness.
