Your mental transformation is an essential part of the equation when it comes to your physical transformation. It’s impossible to experience one without the other. You can eat all the healthy meals and spend all the hours in the gym, but you won’t successfully transform physically unless you also focus on transforming mentally. 

Most of the obstacles we face, the ones holding us back from becoming the best versions of ourselves, are mental. Which means, it’s mandatory for us to obtain mental toughness to successfully overcome them and reach our goals.  

So, where are you on your mental transformation? 

It’s simple to keep track of where you are physically–either your jeans fit or they don’t, either you can do 5 pull ups or you can’t, either you feel energized or you don’t. But when it comes to your mental transformation, it’s much harder to know where you are at.
