Ali Farhat is a fitness expert who specializes in helping mothers that are navigating perimenopause and menopause, lose weight and balance their hormones. With almost a decade in the fitness industry coaching women, Ali is equipped with the expertise to help any woman achieve her fitness goals. In 2015, he lost 40 lbs and discovered his calling. With a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a certification as a Women's Holistic Hormone Health Coach in progress, Ali is knowledgeable about the female body, its hormones, and the impact that hormonal changes have on insulin resistance and body fat storage. His goal is to coach and educate women about the impact of hormonal changes on their health and fitness, and apply the necessary lifestyle and nutrition changes to improve body composition, increase energy levels, and decrease inflammation and joint aches.
