How many of us are comfortable admitting mistakes at work?  - There is a grace we need to afford ourselves in understanding mistakes doesn't make us any less capable nor does it erode our ability to do our jobs.  When we pursue perfection we do not give ourselves the grace to make mistakes and learn from them. We know we are constantly judged and under the microscope, this pressure in itself can cause many of us to dehumanise ourselves.

In this episode, I share with you the mistakes I made in my current role and how I dealt with them. I also share with you Sindys mistakes during the course of her employment, yes I speak about Sindy in the past tense because she has left and has done so shrouded in judgement and disappointment because she built herself up and has fallen flat on her face.
