Welcome to The 200 Year Life Project — my no-BS journey to extreme longevity, one science-backed tweak at a time.

Step 1: The ACV Power Shot

I start (and end) every day with 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar with the mother — diluted, of course, because straight ACV is like battery acid and brutal on tooth enamel (always rinse your mouth after!).

My hack makes it taste way better while supercharging the benefits: Brew half a cup of chamomile tea (anti-inflammatory, blood sugar stabilizer) Sweeten with one packet of clean stevia (zero calories, no junk) Add two shakes of cinnamon (polyphenol powerhouse that beats blueberries for fighting inflammation and boosting memory)

Finish with fresh-ground black pepper (piperine inhibits fat cell formation, sharpens memory, and may slow aging)
