5 years ago in my darkest depression, I hit my tipping point and was catapulted into the world of personal development.
After adventuring into the unknown, learning to heal my own struggles with eating disorders, addiction and anxiety. I now empower others by walking them back home to themselves through coaching, sound therapy, biohacking and neuroplasticity.
