Declan Furber Gillick was born in Mpartnwe/Alice Springs and is the son of veteran Stolen Generations campaigner, highly respected Arrernte man, the late Mr H.Furber and Vicki Gillick the policy coordinator of lobby group The People’s Alcohol Action Coalition.
