This little update shares what's been happening since last podcast.

Last podcast was ultra heavy and after it was all said and done my friends Gorilla and Lamont came threw and taught me a lesson.  So in the end i was able to stay away from my toxic ex gf and move forward, finally.  

I met these cats on a cruise, they made me a friend, and taught me bros before hoes... they were right.
