This week, I shared my raw thoughts on the process of recording my first episode of the new online show through Fenix TV, Confident, Courageous, and Clear with Cheri. It was new and a bit overwhelming, but after taking a minute and remembering how to handle overwhelm, I got it recorded!
Overwhelm can be tough, especially when you are stressed. For me, I want to show to be the best it can be and of course, I put more pressure on myself...making the overwhelm worse. I hope my thoughts and how I finally calmed myself down and took another shot at it will help you during times of overwhelm and stress. Enjoy!
