Hoped to take control of the car today and drive home. Red tape and inaction by the dealer and Traffic department putting up the road blocks. I sometimes think there is a conspiracy keeping the car away from me. I will overcome these difficulties and get my car. I'm hoping tomorrow is the day. Mind you I said that yesterday.
