In this episode, I share my opinions on society such as fear based narratives/how society teaches us to live in fear, the fear of being rejected etc. I mention how to get out of that fear by being courageous enough to truly being yourself & finding that peace within. I define what freedom means to me which is not being bound by other’s expectations, bound by thoughts, or bound by the past. I also talk about the difference between building yourself up upon the opinions of others versus within yourself and how to draw the line between the both.
