Despite forging a successful career, I had to navigate challenging management personalities throughout my journey, which proved to be quite exhausting over my two-decade-long tenure.

The emergence of podcasts has revolutionised the landscape, providing an opportunity for anyone to tap into my knowledge, establish their own podcast recording space, and cultivate an audience without interference from those lacking expertise.
