So, I know that Black History month ended in February. However, I am still continuing with my personal history. In this episode I pick up where I left off where I first realized that there was a "problem" with me being black. I discuss my parents divorce, blended family with my step family, and navigating my identity formation in white spaces. The goal with these episodes is to give you an inside look into how I got to where I am, why antiracism is important to me, and why it is important that we strive to form authentic community in the church.
