This is a part of my story of my perosnal experience with anxiety. Although everyone's experiences are unique, what remains the same is that we're never alone in Christ.

My personal experience of anxiety

This podcast is for Christian women who battle anxiety and who desire to deepen their walk with Christ. Sometimes as believers we are in disbelief when we experience particular struggles; namely mental health challenges. However, God's word assures us that His grace is sufficient for us, and who the Son sets free is free indeed. This means that anxiety is indeed beatable! We're in this journey together in overcoming anxiety and being the women God called us to be. Don't just fly...but soar!
