Summary: Blimpy becomes the school mascot when he stops thieves stealing kids backpacks at school thus saving the day! Blimpy watches over his human boy and helps kids at school. He pulls the school bus out of the move, pulls the broken down float, makes a slide for kids and chases away bullies.
