My perspective is simple: if it's not in a contract, it doesn't exist. Verbal agreements are cool… until money, time, or pressure shows up. Then everybody remembers things differently.
In 2026, I'm not moving off vibes, promises, or "we talked about it." I move off paperwork. Contracts protect time, energy, and leverage. They remove confusion and keep emotions out of business.
This isn't about trust — it's about structure. If you're serious, you'll sign. If you're not, you'll hesitate.
I'd rather lose a deal than win a headache. Contracts only. Always.
