We open with The Dark Beginning — the chapter where my anxiety was so loud I started doing magic tricks just to distract myself. Yes, I literally became a young Criss Angel because my brain wouldn't shut up. And no, it wasn't cute. It was survival… with playing cards.
Then I take you into The Breakthrough, where I discovered the magic trick that actually worked: running. One jog and suddenly the demons in my head were like, "Hey man, slow down, we can't keep up." Jogging turned to sprinting, sprinting turned to track, and track turned into me actually outrunning the version of myself that was falling apart.
From there, we shift into The Evolution — P90X, Body Beast, Beachbody coaching — all the programs I used to rebuild myself like a mentally unstable Transformer. I even met Sagi "The Beast," who basically confirmed something I already knew: I wasn't meant to compete with people… I was meant to build my own damn kingdom.
That leads right into The Calling, where Milt Marshall looks me in the eyes and basically says, "Hey, stop being selfish — go help people." And boom. Personal trainer mode activated. Not because I wanted to yell at people in a gym, but because I finally knew I could walk someone out of the darkness I used to live in.
And then we finish with the Thanksgiving Close: A very gentle reminder — and by gentle, I mean savage — that you should join the 14-Day Mindset & Muscle Challenge before Thanksgiving hits and you start blaming mashed potatoes for your lack of discipline.
