We're breaking free from the old norms, pre programming and clinical ladders and we are settling for nothing less than what we truly deserve. It's time to use our voices, stand up for ourselves, and demand the recognition and compensation we KNOW we are worthy of. 

I think this is the year nurses taking their LIFE by the reins and truly step in to what lights them TF up.
