Dear Liz, When I wasin college, it was considered a good thing to pursue a field of study as far as youcould. I earned my BS, MS and PhD and then another Masters degree. It never occurred to me that I might have to worry about intimidating people with my educational credentials and certifications, but now that ismy biggest job-search problem. I’m not going to knock my PhD or my other degrees off my resume and my LinkedIn profile.
