A TedX talk by Nicole Ambrose that was not at all what I was expecting when someone asked my opinion about it. Parents of a special needs child struggling in the school system: pay attention! 

Spoiler: It's not about great habits, or getting the best tutor. Nicole really gives the key ingredient for any kid, but especially those with learning disabilities on how they could become anything they want, no matter the circumstances. Most importantly: how they become happy confident kids.
