In this episode, I share about my 3 year-long recovery process, what it looked like, how messy things got when I was no longer using food and weight control as a primary coping mechanism, and ultimately what helped me heal. This is a very vulnerable share, and I've kept a lot of this to myself over the years, but am finally ready to own these parts of my story and share them with you.
