Well guys, this is a bit of a different episode. While we have some amazing guests coming up in the next few weeks, I figured I'd share a pretty special practice that I've been doing for the past 6 years...

I'm not a huge fan of new years resolutions as I think we need to make resolutions every single week. But the new year is a great time to do a macro reflection of our accomplishments or lack thereof.
