For some people, the past few weeks have been a really beautiful time to slow down and enjoy their loved ones.

For others, it's been a time of serious reflection and realizing this isn't the life they wanted. 

This isn't the relationship they want. 

When we can't hide behind the busyness anymore we are left with reality staring us straight in the face. 

We can only numb with netflix, food and alcohol for so long!

It's time to be really honest about where your life is and where you want it to be!

No one is going to come make these choices for you.

No one can make you be honest with yourself.

I waited way too long for someone to take control of my life for me. 

I was waiting for God to intervene and change my reality when all along it was my responsibility and completely in my control. 

My life changed when I took charge and started making decisions that we right for me!
