Sin is a part of the experience we will have in this broken world. No matter how hard we try to achieve God’s standard of perfection, we will fail! The penalty of sin is death, but we don’t have to pay that penalty! We have the incredible privilege of taking our sins and giving them to Jesus, who took on all our sins and died on the cross in our place! Pastor Tom today reminds us that when we accept Jesus’s free gift of Salvation, we are no longer separated from God, nor are we accountable for our sin!
