Today I received a reply email from my ND Senator John Hoeven regarding my opposition to the NDAA bill signed by Obama on Dec. 31st.  I will read his letter to me in full and then reply accordingly.  Mr. Hoeven can try to justify his vote any way he wants, but the fact remains he violated his oath of office.
